For parts purchases, payment is due before your order ships. Repair labor billing is due upon completion. Any maintenance and/or cleaning billed on a month-to-month basis (no long term contract) is non-refundable. Repairs are to be performed using our services and we reserve the right to discontinue service if competitors are involved in your project. For pool decking, coping and plaster jobs, please make sure to use our recommended licensed affiliates.
